Loss-in-Weight Scale for Powder or Granular Material Measurement

Introduction
Weightlessness scale is a continuous measurement of static weighing ingredients equipment, widely used in cement, glass, metallurgy, chemical industry, food, feed and other industries, such as: Cement raw ingredients, clinker ingredients, chemical industry ingredient technology, glass craft ingredients, grain, feed production technology and other ingredients. Static weighing system is characterized by high precision, simple structure, high reliability, dust energy saving, low cost, easy to operate.

Working principle
Electric feeding vibrator is connect with measurement hopper by soft pipe, gravity separation completely, unloading vibrator and measurement hopper are pulled up by 3 tension sensors. Firstly, inputting material into measurement hopper, feeding vibrator stops feeding when feeding hopper value reach the upper limit of the set value, stop a short time, then unloading vibrator begin to discharge material, it stop working when feeding hopper value reach the lower limit of the set value. The action is repeated, measurement is on the basis of loss weight, so we call it loss weight scale.
The control system computer is in modular design, performance reliable, can control two grins, 16 channels ingredient measurement. It has the functions: ingredient measurement, ingredient inputting automatically, multi-pages display, online reminding automatically.
