Introduction:
Electric hydraulic plow unloader is new products which exploited by our technical staff, this products takes electric hydraulic push rod as power source. The ploughshare comes down when driving push pod reach out, the idle roll unit goes up meanwhile by link mechanism, the low edge of ploughshare joint with belt closely, the material on the belt is unloaded in appointed site. After unloading, the driving pod goes back, ploughshare goes up, idle roll unit goes down, then begin next shift.

Features:
1. Most of the structure are mechanical connection, especially for link mechanism, then reduce friction and extend service life.
2. Electric hydraulic push rod for the power source, overcomes the defect of low overload, burning motor easily, mechanical parts curved.
3. The key moldboard plow adopts high chromium manganese wearing resistant material, the small plow is made of wear-resistant plastic sheet, reducing the maintenance workload greatly, saving cost.
