Working principles:
CZ Series Electromagnetic Hopper-Wall Vibrators utilize the centrifugal effect caused by the high-speed rotation of new-type vibratory motor to generate high frequency vibration and eliminate the relative stability between materials and the hopper wall, bringing smooth discharge of materials from the outlet. The amplitude of vibration can be restricted by controlling the input voltage. The vibrators can easily be installed and requires very less maintenance. The strength of vibration can be controlled if necessary by providing regulator in the control panel.
