Tdg Speed Governing Quantitive Belt Scale for Powder or Granular Material

Introduction
    TDG speed adjustable quantitative belt scale was designed as new improving belt scale on the basis of referring & absorbing Germany Schenck technology and Kehua technician's long-term practice & experience. It is suitable for the continuous dynamic measurement and dosing feeding for bulk granular, massive, powder material.
    Adopting dynamic feeding measurement, computer frequency conversion control, belt automatic tensioning device, running deviation alarm protection device and on-site control switches, this product has stable operation performance, high reliability and high measuring accuracy.
    TDG series governing quantitative feeding belt scale is widely used for charge mixture and measurement of bulk materials in building materials, metallurgical, chemical, food and other industries. It is the ideal measuring equipment to control automatically and keep good quality stable.

Structure features:
1. The frame is made of cold C type steel plate with rational structure & strong intensity, suitable for various  non-standard scale body frame.
2. Integrated direct-coupled gear motor have the characteristics of low noise, less vibration, dust proof, long service life, high reliability, gear motor has anti- torque support plate and shaft-mounted structure. Scale body links with the drive rollers directly providing the enough convenience for installation, commissioning and maintenance.
3. Annular belt without junction, customer can choose parallel belt, baffle plate or rimmed belt structure.
4. Both weak magnetic speed measuring device and speed measuring electic circuit make speed signal accurate and frliable.
5. The feeding unit with pallet can control feed rate, then it is easy to calibrate and zero.
