Rcyg-Z Pipeline Self-Discharging Permanent Magnetic Iron Separator

Structure:
RCYG-Z pipeline self-discharging permanent magnetic iron separator is made up of pipeline, driving device, running device of permanent magnet. Driving device is installed on the pipeline, It drives permanent magnet device (on the pipeline) running by chain wheels and chains, then iron tramp among conveyed material in the pipeline  is brought outside of pipeline.

Working principle:
Iron separator is installed in the pipeline (angle 45-75°), the iron tramp is sucked on the inside of pipeline when the material pass through pipeline, then the iron tamp is moved outside of pipeline when permanent magnet moves to iron tramp outlet, the iron tramp is divided from materials.

Features:
1. Use high remanence NdFeB magnet as source, high efficiency, long service life;
2. Motor adopts small power cycloid pinwheel reducer, driving system use precise roller chain, the advantage is small volume, light weight, running reliable and steady, easy maintenance and operation.
3. Iron removal processing is continuous and automatic, no need worker supervising.
4. pipeline use special wear resistant material, running life is increased several times over.
