Gx Ls Screw Conveyor for Powder and Granular Material

Introduction
GX or LX Screw conveyor (hereafter referred to as screw conveyor) is the product by adopting international standard, equivalent to ISO1050-75 standard. Both design and manufacture comply with the professional standard of JB/T7679-1995 for ""Screw Conveyer". The middle hanging bearing adopt rolling and moving structure which can interconvert freely with a dust-proof sealed appliance, the sealed material is nylon plastic which can give a better seal effect and enduring performance. Cleaning device is installed beside the discharge port. Low noise, agility adaption, easy handling and maintenance, flexible work location.
Screw conveyor is widely applied in various industries, such as building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, electricity, coal, machinery ,light industry and foodstuff industry, which is popularly used for conveying powder, granular and small-lump materials ,such as cement, coal dust, grain, chemical fertilizers, lime-ash, sands, charred coal etc. Screw conveyor is not suitable to convey perishable, strongly cohesive and easily-lumped materials because there materials will be sticked on the inside of the screw easily during conveying. The working temperature is about -20~40ºC, and temperature for conveying material is about -20~80ºC. It is suitable to install in the horizontal or at the dip angle of less than 15°. Customer's special design is acceptable.

Working principle:
Materials get into conveyor through feeding inlet. Subject to the reverse thrust of screw blade, the materials can rotate with shaft as for radial force of thrust and friction between blade and material. As a result of material itself gravity and friction between chute and materials, the materials do not rotate with spiral blade but move along the chute on the effect of axial thrust of blade radial thrust force. Materials move forward in spiral form, that is moving forward accompanied with tumbling motion in circumferential direction.
