Del Dem Quantitive Feeder for Powder or Granular Material

Introduction
DEL/DEM series dosing weighfeeder adopts advanced Schenck technology, it belongs to fourth-generation variable-frequency speed control dosing feeder. The index of feeder is better than domestic products and reach international advance standard. It is fit for all loose bulk, granular, powdery materials to implement continuous weighing, dynamic metering and charge mixture equipment. With high accuracy , reliable performance characteristics, It is used in cement, metallurgy, chemical, coal, ceramics, glass, food, coking industry, medicine, tobacco, mining, environmental protection etc.  
The firm design is suit for bad environment specially, the weighfeeder is designed with reasonable structure according to worksite condition to solve the most difficult problems during feeding material economically.

Working principle
The weight signal and speed signal are sent to micro processing controller,  micro processing controller analyses these signals through its measurement, controlment and adjustment system, comparing actual flow rate and setting flow rate, then keep the actual material flow rate in setting flow rate by controlling belt speed.

System characteristics:
-High resolution (minimum displacement: 0.1mm) weighting sensor to ensure accurate measurement data
-High resolution digital pulse speed sensor to ensure accurate velocity values
-Gravity automatic tensioning device to ensure constant belt tension , to avoid belt slippage and excessive tension
-Automatic belt correction device to ensure continuous production
-Pear-shaped scraper to clear debris under the belt to avoid the debris hurting belt
-The scraper in the outside and inside of the belt to avoid material sticking and real tare changing
-Belt replacement convenience, maintenance simplified  
-The driving drum and slave drum adopt self-aligning bearings to ensure installation and commissioning convenient.
