Introduction
TDG-GL high temperature resistant chain plate scale is an automatic measuring and feeding machine, which is designed to solve the measuring and controlling problem under high temperature in cement industry. This scale has been used for the measuring and feeding of high temperature clinker in cement industry widely. Features:
The unique L-shape transportation board is made by a wear-resistant steel plate with compact structure, running steady, low noise, and both sides of cone dam boards can prevent the material leaking effectively;
Transportation unit with large pitch casting chain wheel and one side lateral bending casting roller chains (p = 100) through a special heat treatment, can withstand high temperature, wear-resistant, and avoiding running deviation during transportation;
Drag mechanism adopts W series cycloid reducer, driving steady, low noise, less vibration, dust proof;
Unique weak magnetic gear speed gear unit and high temperature proof load sensor make weighing and speed signal measurement  accurate and stable.
